Terms of Service
and Seasonal Rental Agreement

1Purpose

These terms govern the rental of furnished tourist accommodations offered by Art&Suites. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2Accommodations and Maximum Occupancy

• La Bohème Saint Michel (Gaillac): 5 persons maximum
• La Casa de Frida (Narbonne): 4 persons maximum
• Puddington Abbey, Le boudoir de Sarah Bernhardt (Narbonne): 6 persons maximum

Exceeding the stated capacity will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

3Reservation and Payment

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 7 days before arrival.

4Cancellation and Refund

• 15 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of all amounts paid.
• Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of all amounts paid.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

5Security Deposit

A pre-authorization of €180 is placed the day before arrival. It is cancelled 2 days after departure, unless there is damage or non-compliance with these terms.

6Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM onward.
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

7House Rules

Guests agree to comply with the following rules:

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Loud parties and gatherings are prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.
• Pets are accepted only upon prior request and written approval by Art&Suites.

Any violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

8Inspection and Guest Responsibility

Guests have the first few hours upon arrival to report any anomalies in the accommodation. Otherwise, the property is presumed to have been delivered in good condition.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, and equipment during their stay. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced to the guest.

9Owner Liability

Art&Suites disclaims all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

Art&Suites is not liable for equipment failures, service interruptions (water, electricity, internet), or external disruptions beyond its control.

10Guest Obligations at Departure

Before leaving, guests agree to:

• Empty the trash in the designated containers.
• Wash the dishes.
• Dispose of all waste in the bins.

Failure to comply may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

11Minimum Age

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.

13Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Otherwise, the courts of the company's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
